      探讨考试心理控制感、考试焦虑认知与抑郁倾向关系,对于探究如何帮助面临升学考 试压力的毕业班学生缓解其抑郁倾向,促进学生心理健康有着积极的参考价值。以云南省某中学 341名初三年级学生为样本,探讨初三学生考试心理控制感、考试焦虑认知与抑郁倾向的关系,同 时再进一步检验考试焦虑认知在考试心理控制感与抑郁倾向关系间的中介效应。研究显示:(1) 考试心理控制感、考试焦虑认知与抑郁倾向相互皆为显著正相关;(2)考试焦虑认知水平在考试心 理控制感与抑郁倾向间起到显著的完全中介效应。研究提出,可以尝试通过改变初三学生的考试 焦虑认知水平,进而干预并降低其抑郁倾向。
英文摘要:
      To explore the relationship between test psychological control, test anxiety cognition and depression tendency, it has positive reference value for exploring how to help graduating class students facing the pressure of entrance examina⁃ tion to alleviate their depression tendency and promote their mental health. A sample of 341 junior high school students in yunnan province was taken to investigate the relationship between test anxiety perception and depression tendency of junior high school students. The research showed that :(1) test psychological control, test anxiety and depression were positively correlated;(2) the cognitive level of test anxiety plays a significant and complete mediating effect between test psychological control feeling and depressive tendency. The study suggests that it is possible to intervene and reduce students' depression tendency by changing their cognitive level of test anxiety.
